Delivery Policy

Free Click and Collect

We offer a free click-and-collect service from our store at 175 Bruntsfield Place, EH10 4DG, for in-stock items. Orders are typically ready for collection within 24 hours, and we’ll notify you via email as soon as your order is ready. You can pick up your items during our store opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10am–5pm, and Sunday, 11am–4pm.

UK Delivery

We provide FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £150.00. For orders under £150.00, a fee of £3.50 applies. Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or DHL, both of which are tracked (but not signed for).

Orders are prepared during office hours and collected by couriers Monday to Friday. We aim to book all orders for next-day delivery; however, this timeframe is not always guaranteed. Please allow 2 – 5 working days for your order to arrive.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made-to-order, and lead times vary depending on the item. Once you place an order, we’ll confirm the delivery details, including an estimated delivery date.

When your product arrives with us, we will contact you to arrange delivery. For orders containing multiple items, we can wait until all items are in stock before delivering them to you, if preferred.

Delivery and On-Site Installation

We offer delivery with on-site installation for eligible products. If this service is required, please contact our team at hello@mynordicliving.co.uk to make arrangements.

Please note: On-site installation is unavailable for customers outside of the UK and does not apply to electrical products.

International Shipping

Our website currently caters to UK shipping only. However, we can arrange international delivery. If you’re outside the UK and see something you like, please get in touch with us at hello@mynordicliving.co.uk to discuss options.

All Deliveries

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an initial confirmation email, followed by another email with dispatch details, including tracking information. If the delivery address is unattended, the courier may leave a notification card with their contact details, although this cannot be guaranteed.

If your parcel does not arrive and no card is left, please contact us, and we’ll assist in tracking your order.

Delivery Charges

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable for returned orders, and the cost of returns must be covered by the customer.
