In 1946, Finn Juhl designed the 46 Armchair. Subsequently, he also designed a slightly more minimalistic version without armrests for Bovirke in 1947 - which is now simply known as the 46 Chair because it originates from the 46 Armchair. Both chairs represent the very best of Danish Modern furniture design.
They are crafted from a solid wooden frame in oak or walnut, combined with a seat and backrest upholstered in textile or leather. The chair is also available with armrests.
