RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCT

  • Order and collect service from our showroom in Edinburgh during normal working hours from 10am – 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday or 11am – 5.00 pm Sunday.
  • Standard delivery with a courier service.
  • Delivery with an install service (see below for more information).

DELIVERY TIMES

Most of our products are ‘made to order’ with varying lead times. Once you’ve ordered we will email and confirm all the details. We will let you know the delivery date ASAP.

Once your product arrives with us, we aim to deliver your goods within 1-2 days of it arriving at our showroom. UK delivery services offers a trackable service, so we will always be able to keep you up to date with your delivery. If you have ordered multiple goods, we can wait untill everything arrives at our store before we deliver it to you.

COSTS

We aim to keep our delivery costs as low as possible, but our priority is to make sure the goods arrive with you safe and sound.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can deliver internationally and will ensure we get the best price for your delivery. We work closely with many international shipping companies and have built a strong trade partnership.

DELIVERY AND ON-SITE INSTALLATION

We can deliver goods with an onsite installation. Please let us know if this is required via email.

*On-site installation does not apply to outside the UK or with any electrical products.

RETURNS POLICY

Products can only be returned once it has been confirmed by Nordic Living and the buyer. Returns are at the customer’s risk and expense. If the product is returned accurately then a refund will be exchanged via debit or credit card. The product must be returned without damage including the packaging and any labeling. The product you return must be in new, unused condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. We are unable to accept any item with any indication that it was used.

Please include a copy of your invoice. The order should be sent using an insured and recorded service, always retain proof of postage.

MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS 

We cannot refund or exchange made-to-order products. We ensure you are completely satisfied with your order and that all details are correct via email. We may be able to amend the order after it has been sent but the timeline of production varies with each manufacturer. Once the product has been delivered it is non-returnable unless you have received the wrong item or is damaged.
